Welcome to Ozasvi Booking. We value customer satisfaction and aim to provide transparent refund terms.


1. General Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions mentioned below. All refund requests must be submitted through our official support channel within the prescribed time.

Ozasvi Booking reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after verification.


2. Cancellation by Customer

A. Before Service Confirmation

If the booking is cancelled before service provider confirmation, 100% refund will be processed.

B. After Service Confirmation

If cancelled after confirmation:

  • 24+ hours before service time → 90% refund

  • 12–24 hours before service → 50% refund

  • Less than 12 hours → No refund

(Service charges & payment gateway fees may be deducted.)


3. Cancellation by Service Provider

If the service provider cancels the booking:

  • Customer will receive 100% refund, OR

  • Option to reschedule without extra charges.

Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.


4. No-Show Policy

If the customer is unavailable at the service location at the scheduled time:

  • No refund will be provided.

  • Rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability and additional charges.


5. Failed or Incomplete Service

If service is not delivered properly due to verified service provider fault:

  • Partial or full refund may be issued after investigation.

  • Complaint must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after service completion

  • Incorrect booking details provided by customer

  • Delays caused due to uncontrollable circumstances (weather, traffic, force majeure)


7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited:

  • To original payment method

  • Within 5–10 business days

  • Depending on bank/payment gateway processing time
